PSA: If search doesn't work correctly enable Settings -> Privacy -> Background apps main toggle

I'm not sure when the bug started but it was with the Creators Update or maybe even earlier.
The solution is already in the title. Go to the Settings App -> Privacy -> Background apps and then enable the main toggle. As a workaround you can disable the unwanted apps individually, just don't disable the main toggle. Now make a reboot and after a couple of minutes the search should work correctly again.
