How to update W10 Insider build to to newest version using ISO?

Hey, For some reason my Window 10 pc is stuck on build 11102. I've searched high and low, tried everything I could find but it always says I'm on the latest version. So I downloaded an ISO of build 14316.

How can I make sure I update to the latest version, without losing the installed software and stuff? So it should just update like using Windows Update, not doing a clean install/refresh.

Currently, I'm at this screen. What worries me is that it just says 'Keep personal files and apps', which makes it seems like just the files in the documents folders and Windows Store apps.
