Memory Leak. No programs using more than 100mb

So after a few hours of using my PC, it begins to slow down and eventually becomes unusable. The memory usage shown in task Manager begins to reach 90%- 100% after about 6 hours but with no programs using more than 100mb (I have 8gb of RAM). I've tried various malware and virus scans through Norton, Malwarebytes and ADW Cleaner, so i'm thinking either a driver or Windows error? http://imgur.com/0QzgFUZ

Edit: So I looked in Poolmon and found the potential cause, anyone know what it is and how to fix? http://imgur.com/QEPdnUw
