Sony Vaio and Win10

My neighbors upgraded from Win7 to Win10. After they did the touch screen input went batshit crazy. Without ant touch of the screen or mouse inputs. The computer would constantly act like it was receiving multiple touch screen inputs without touching the screen. Through my google fu I found a statement from SONY basically saying do not upgrade to WIN10 until OCT or NOV. Because it is incompatible with SONY Vaio all in ones at this time. Luckily I was able to revert to WIN7 for them. Anyone else have this problem with SONY Vaio all in ones or laptops?
