Inaccessible boot device caused by 100mb Drive 0, windows won’t install

Took about 6 hours but finally have windows reinstalling. Started with EUBKMON.sys causing a blue screen. Used Hiren’s to change file to .old and blue screen changed to INACCESSIBLE BOOT DEVICE. Couldn’t recover from that, so used Hiren’s to transfer personal files from C to other drives and wiped C. But phantom drive 0 remained, and kept getting errors saying windows couldn’t create a partition. Finally used disk part to clean drive 0 and drive 1 and then windows installed like it should.
