Cat stuck in car

There is a kitten, probably only a couple months old if that that is stuck in my car in between the under carriage and engine bay. He is meowing very loud, I have tried to get it out with treats and food. I have appointments tomorrow morning that I need to go to and I don’t want the cat to still be there. Who do I call or contact for some help
UPDATE: Cat left safely. It was drawn out with some food and ran away
