You will lie down and get comfortable, while I get the equipment and solution ready. I will make sure you are relaxed, before I spread your cheeks and gently rub lubricant on your hole with a gloved finger. Then I will slide the nozzle in, and give you a momemt to get used to the feeling of the nozzle in your butt. Then I will open the valve, and warm water will start slowly flowing inside you. The 2 quart enema bag will be hanging a few feet above you, so you will be able to watch the water level drop as it flows deeper. Once full, you will be free to hold it as long as you can, before heading to the bathroom and letting the water out in privacy.

Depending on how you feel, we could do a second round to really flush everything out.
