Coming up for a concert and looking for a daytime lunch or early dinner cruise…

Mid-September, coming up for widespread panic. I’m looking for the following:
limo or black car service home from the event (only about two miles)
an early river cruise (all I’ve found is sunset) that offers lunch or an early dinner
any other suggestions for fun things to do on our two days of debauchery. I’m a chef and my travel partner is a historian so, any and all suggestions are welcome!!
