Little baby bunny is safe and chillin’ in window well, but if I leave there, my dogs will easily get to and terrorize it. Can I move it to the bushes next to my house?

Like the title says, there is a little cotton tail bunny hanging out in one of my window wells. If I didn’t have dogs, I’d let it hang out, but right now, any one of my three dogs is sniffing around the top and terrorizing the poor thing.
There doesn’t seem to be any nesting material in the well. Can I just scoop the little bunny up and remove it from my yard perimeter? There is usually a little nest outside my front door in the hedges, so I’m assuming that’s where this kit came from.
