I’ve been replaying “El Pulpo’s Right Hand Man” since last night because Wagner won’t talk. I heard snippets of his dialogue from when you extract him when we were escaping but he kept getting cut off whenever we got an alert and were engaged with SB. Usually if this happens the NPC goes back a line or two and continues talking but this time he just stopped talking completely in the middle of a sentence and stayed silent. Every retry of the mission since then he hasn’t said a word at all when extracting, I’ve even waited at the extraction point to end the mission and he still says nothing. Any known fixes for this?

I know this is a really small and petty thing to complain about but I just don’t want to feel like I’m getting robbed of dialogue, even if it’s not important to the game of story and I don’t want to watch a YouTube video of it since I’m not the one doing it.
