I'm looking to plan a backpacking trip at the end of November to Southern Utah--namely the Escalante/Coyote Gulch/Grand Staircase area. Does anyone have a good route that's between 5 and 7 days that would be feasible at this time of year? My group is able to hike up to 15 miles per day.
