No water available on the trail - how much water to bring for beach backpacking?

I am backpacking on a sandy beach in the northeast. There are no water sources available according to the website. Everything you need you must bring in, in including water.
It's a 5 mile stretch of beach. I will be there 3 days, 2 nights.
I am at a loss of how much water I should bring. Seems like I'm going to be carrying so much water, which will be super heavy, where I will sweat more... And need more water.
