I have a 40ish liter my og pack and Im using a 10 degree hammock gear quilt. The stuff sack it comes with is labeled as 8 liters and normally i would loosely pack the quilt at the bottom but it is so lofty it makes packing everything else a pain unless I stuff around the side of the quilt. Which is also a pain. I hate to add a few ounces using a stuff sack but I hate how much room this quilt takes up. Does any one have any ideas? would a compression sacsk really help? i can squeeze a lot of air out of the 8 liter sack and get it to maybe 5 liters.
Thoughts on what I should do to be more efficient with space?
