Mogollon Rim Backpacking

Post Body

I'll be in AZ spending a few days backpacking in mid March and thought I'd tack a few extra days onto my stay and backpack somewhere different. The Mogollon Rim area looks wonderful especially with the Ponderosa Pines. What I cannot determine from the FS site is if there are any restrictions on dispersed camping along the Highline Trail or along the North rim. I'd appreciate anyone clarifying this. Also, I believe I could leave a vehicle along the route 260 TH but could I also do so from the visitor center? Does the forest service require a recreational pass? I intend to do an out-and-back for one or two nights. Thanks!
