Pretty much don't want a cold butt again.
How do I keep my hammock ultra light and get a good sleep? I don't have the same comfort issues as tenters do because raw dogging the hammock is like sleeping in a bed.
All i care about is waterproof, foil lined (warm), high compression (stays warm under load).
Hennesy hammock sleeping pad is probably #1 on the list but I'd like the foam off cuts to pad by bag straps. Local stores have EVA as a material but I've heard it squishes too much.
some other options i've seen
Torpedo7 12mm Thermal Foam Camping Mat, looks too squishy. 12cm thick and 265g, 10800cm3.
OZtrail Foam Earth Mat Camper Deluxe Silver 10mm Mat 400g, 10mm thick, 9750cm3.
kmart Thermal EVA Foam Bed Roll, estimated 400g, 10cm thick, 9000cm3
It seems like I want to get the OZtrail if i want these properties? nobody tells you the density or material so when I'm looking i'm finding it hard and it seems like niche communities are the only ones who are really in the know about these products. Any tips would be great
