When will the Alice-Toxaway Loop (in Sawtooths) fully open?

My family and I are hoping to backpack the Alice-Toxaway loop in the Sawtooths this coming summer, around mid-June. Before, we've done it later in the summer, so are concerned that the main pass might not be open that early, and that we won't be able to hike the entire loop. Does anyone have any insight into when it's supposed to become fully open this year? It seems that it is not as severe of a winter due to El Nino, so I'm hoping that the pass won't be snowed as much as it usually is.
