Open to public mountain huts in Europe open in February?

Hi, im looking to go to a couple of days in the mountains in February. Dont have any place in mind so far. Anyone know where I can hike (beginner-amatuer) to and spend a couple of nights in peace.
Was planning to carry food a sleeping mat and sleeping bag only. Least snow as possible (dont have snow boots)
