Backpacking with the bare minimum

Hello and marry Christmas to those who celebrate.
I have come here to ask what the bare necessarys for a backpacking trip are. So basically just anything one would need to survive backpacking in a colder area to keep it as lightweight and simple/cheap as possible. It dosent need to be comfortable, it dosent need to be easy, it just needs to be enough.
The destination for this trip would be Sweden, maybe even Norway in the upcoming months.
