Nolaween floor vs balcony

Just perusing the UNO arena site - because what else do you do at work with only two sleeps before a show - and saw that it said balcony tix won't have access to floor AND floor tickets won't have access to balcony seats. Can anyone verify this?
This may affect several pre-show decisions, as I have floor and the rest of the crew have balcony.
