Hello all! I am new to whole selling. I’ve been wanting to get into it because I want to accumulate wealth and actually make a good life for myself. I currently live in the DMV area and from I’ve been told, whole selling does not have to be limited to your area. You can live in New York, and wholesale in California without physically seeing the property. The biggest issue that I have right now is just the basics. How you find sellers, make a contract, and where to find actual legit buyers. It seems that most Facebook groups are just spam accounts saying “oh I am expert skip tracer please buy my service” and it’s annoying as all hell. I’m conclusion, I need some guidance and a little bit of mentoring I suppose. TIA!
