Just wanted to say Facebook is an insane networking tool!

Been joining many wholesale and fix & flip groups on Facebook and there’s sooo many active people! Connecting with buyers and other wholesalers is easy! The difficult part is finding good deals and getting them under contract. I’m just really excited to start networking and maybe JV’ing with an experienced wholesaler so I get experience. I’m already building connections with buyers before even making my first call to a seller!
