Hey I got 125k cash….i need to know what my next step is….i passed on buying the AMG Mercedes…I passed on the strip clubs and cocaine….i need to know wtf to do with this….i want to invest. I really want to get into renting property…I would love to own a multi family house. I need that passive income. What do yall think my move with this money should be? (Btw I got this 125k from wholesaling real estate for a year straight) non stop
