Post Body

So this is my first time having a property under contract, I have an interested buyer but don’t know the order of how I approach things. Do I 1) give buyer address WITHOUT signing assignment and let him do a walkthru (virtual wholesale/local) and then make him sign it after. Or 2) send him pics, make him sign the assignment of contract, make him put down earnest then let him see the property .. (if he doesn’t approve during inspection then refund earnest) ?

I just don’t want to get cut out of a deal if I give him the address right away. I know newbie question. Sorry I only know what u know .. and I see no videos on this
