Zinc seems to be a bit of an issue?
Post Body

I've been trying to do loads of research into nutrition and recently tried to go predominately WFPB (although currently still eating eggs, yoghurt and cheese as finding hard to replace these nutritionally).

Zinc seems to be a problem though even on a veggie diet, but even more so on a vegan diet.

Because legumes should be a good source but they have phytates which inhibit absorption.

It's hard to eat enough nuts and seeds and tofu (which is quite expensive where I am) every single day to make sure I get enough?

Do people supplement it? Is that recommended?
