In the spirit of reparations from the white race to the black race, it has been deemed imperative that all white females shall be deflowered only by black males with worthy (thick, 8 inches) size to perform the deed. This will be effected via the following:

(i) White girls - upon turning 18 - in a relationship: the couple shall submit to their state’s department of education the intent to become sexually active. The dept will locate a suitable black male to be transported to the girl’s residence at her significant other’s expense. The black male will perform the defloration by receiving oral sex from the white girl, followed by vaginal intercourse (preferably in “missionary” or “doggy” style). The black male shall not use a condom and shall cum inside the white girl’s vagina. The act will be filmed and provided to the girl’s significant other upon completion. After completion, the girl is permitted to have sex with any partner of her choosing.

(ii) White girls - upon turning 18 - not in a relationship: the girl, along with any others in her state coming of age that same month, shall be presented as a debutante to an audience of any of-age black men who wish to attend. Candidates interested will present their erect manhoods. A presiding official may allow the debutante her choice of deflowerer but should select the most well-endowed to perform the deed. The deed shall be performed on a ceremonial bed before the audience. The act itself will be performed the same as para (i). After completion, the girl may have sex with any partner of her choosing.

Desired intent: all white girls will lose their virginities to well-endowed black males. No white male shall ever again enjoy a pure, untouched white pussy.
