Greetings All. Does anyone recall a story (it might have been split up throughout a rule book?) where someone fights a mage (I think with a sword) and despite great ability, is unable to defeat them (and they detect no magic use)? When questioned, the person attacking eventually admits that they did this via time travel and repeating the encounter over and over until they got it perfectly right.
