Which core rule book should I use?

I am running a cross Splat game for some friends of mine involving Vampires,Hunters, as well as Sin Eaters and mages.

I know it is a bold undertaking and probably a crazy suicidal one however me and my friends are very cooperative and very loose what I was wondering is if I should get the core world of Darkness rule book or The Chronicles of Darkness for rule book

As far as vampire stuff goes I am using VtM5e and everything else new world of darkness but sticking to the lore of Old World of Darkness/Classic

Which of these core Rule books should I use if I'm going to be running a game for all these different templates?
