Reading up on Chronicles of Darkness is so great. I turn over a rock, pick up a splat, or see a forum and I find so many cool things to interact with and play with.
That’s where Heroes come in. In my upcoming hunter the vigil game, something I’ve heard a lot is that hunters need to be able to work with monsters. A great option for that seems to be Heroes, specifically the ones featured in the Beasts the Primordial books. While they do seem to be morally… flexible, I think they seem to have room for moral improvement (or more likely to be steered towards enemies).
Have you ever ran Heroes in your hunter the vigil games? And what would Hunters refer to them as? It feels like heroes make sense for beasts to call them by but I don’t know if Hunters would be quick to label a potential threat a “Hero.”
