Two things can be true at the same time....
Yes, we shouldn't be glorifying murder or other acts of violence, or their perpetrators.
But, we also shouldn't be putting healthcare decisions in the hands of bureaucrats whose job it is to second guess the doctors on the ground. Ya, sure, without any checks in place doctors would just be giving every patient the most expensive procedures unnecessarily just to collect from the insurance - but a much fairer system would be to hold providers accountable for their mis- or over-billing, rather than just saying "oh sorry you didn't need that xyz so that $50k is your bill we're not paying" - as if the patient has any knowledge to question the doctors orders at the time to avoid the issue.
And, in many ways, that's how it was pre-obamacare. But when you force insurers to take on tons of otherwise poor candidates for insurance coverage, they have to find ways to even out the cost/expenses. Sure, some - or all - have gone way too far with it, but murdering the CEO isn't going to change any minds. All you'll do is bring the other pro-violence Fringies out to rally behind your cause, who would've anyway - and turn the rest of people who might've said "ya we agree" to instead denounce your message.
