Do we know for sure that (spoiler for season 2)

Do we know for sure that Greg was trying to have Tanya killed? After he leaves, we never see him again. The only evidence is the photo, but that only suggests that Greg knows Quentin. How do we know that Tanya wasn't just being paranoid?
