I’m coming to Whistler March 17th. Should I expect to be disappointed with the weather?

I’ve been following this forum for a while in anticipation for my trip, and can tell it’s been a pretty bad season weather wise.
I’m going to come either way. But is it pretty much shitty conditions on the hill? I don’t really care about the weather of the day when I’m there, as long as I can actually ski on nice slopes.
