So I have a scammer harassing me now, I know he's part of some group bigger then just him self. He's never reached out to me thrpugh an unspoofed # n we have always talked threw telegram, what's app or signal. I've been considering bring it to the authorities, but idk who to bring it to. I don't think my local cops would care or know what to do. I feel like it maybe more of a fed. Case. He normally us using a Cali. #s sometimes. It's a north or south Carolina. So my question is, at what point do I bring it to the authorities? And which ones should I contact. Today he sent me his first threat, just telling me to watch my back and his people are already trailing me. I'm not to concerned yet.. thanks.
