Should I whistleblow?

I work for a company that had serious security incidents but none of them are being reported. It’s all credit card fraud. I complained but got in trouble.The company finally hired someone for security but the underlying problem is still there.The company leadership knows about this and is more interested in looking good for the investors, so they want no discussion of it. Fixing the problem will make the company look bad financially. I don’t know what to do or who to talk to.
