Hello!
Our Whippet Alfie is 8 months boy and has a big appetite. He's 54cm high and 14kg. He's completely driven by food which has helped with training but is challenging when coming to now reducing his meal cadence/amount. Since we got him at 10 weeks until now he's been eating 3 times a day (8am, 1pm & 6pm).
He eats wet food (160g) mixed in with a dry mix of oats, dried veg..millet etc (6=40g) and he loves it (turned out to be very sensitive to dried kibble).
Now here is the question (or questions!)-
To reduce his times to 8am and 6pm, is this ok at his age?
Can we reduce the amount of food to what an adult would eat, or is it too early?
Thanks so much in advance for your advice!
