Here's the clip that has the tune itself: https://youtube.com/clip/UgkxOipMT7z_9mSzk6SpbVbAH6Kxzc4uN2C9?si=2Ko8gnvsPqvt-B1o
I'm trying to find a song that the bass note is reminding me of. I know this is probably a weird request but I think someone in my age range might understand what I mean. There's a little tune playing under the lyrics that reminds me of a song from the 90s or perhaps even early 2000's that was popular enough to be on the radio, because I remember hearing it in the car plenty, but it's one of those things no on listens to anymore.
I know there's a female vocalist in the song, I know it sounds upbeat, it might have some trance qualities to it, but definitely it's a dance track. It's so frustrating for it to be at the tip of my tongue and not be able to hear the lyrics despite knowing what the vocals would sound like.
Edit: I'm going through just about every 90s/2000s techno playlist I can find and so far the closest thing is 'Rhythm is a Dancer', but this is not it.
It's also not Real McCoy's 'Another Night', but that's very close to the sound I'm thinking of.
