Lower quality of life? Really? When Trump was president cities were on fire and the feds were kidnapping citizens into unmarked cars in Portland...
GWB and Obama knew China didn't have their shit together and staffed up CDC-China to help them identify and contain break-outs. Trump gutted it. Then there was an outbreak and everyone had to stay home for a year . Damn fine quality of life, eh?
