Biscuit Keying
Post Body

Went in for breakfast recently and asked for a S/E biscuit. Got rung up for S/E/C no cheese. I explained to the cashier it was more expensive that way (I know just a few cents) instead of keying in sausage biscuit add egg. She told me her manager instructed team members to ring biscuits that way unless the customer complained. Pretty sheisty way to cram a few cents on but that shit adds up. Just curious if this was a common practice or just the OP at this store adding to their monthly totals.
