Moved to New store

Recently was forced to transfer since a remodel was being done. For some reason my hot schedules won't work I've tried the normal login.
And whats the rule on helping out at other stores? Do I just have to call the manager ahead and then have them clock me in if I show up to help? Any help thanks.
