How would you build Khora, from Warframe?

For context, her ability kit is primarily broken up into two areas. First, she has an animal companion, the cat-like kavat (kah-vaht) named Venari, who fights along side her. Secondly, she has a chainwhip-like set of abilities, which she can either strike enemies with for direct damage, snare enemies to prevent movement, or unleash in a dome to hold enemies together and loot their bodies.

Notes: While she may appear to be wearing armor, this is instead a feature of her engineered body, and so armor proficiency is not necessarily a requirement for this particular build. I'm more interested in abilities and builds that mimic her power set, including the animal companion and chain traps; abilities don't need to be explicitly chain-based, and can instead be plant theme or other similar things.
