My Ex moved her stuff into my brand new house 2 weeks ago, we broke up and now she won’t leave. What should i do? Change the locks and boot her or call the police and do it legally?

Long story short, I bought a house and closed on Jan 29th. My GF at the time was getting done with a lease, and even though we had problems I thought it might be a good idea to move her in. We made it 5 days before i realized this wasn’t going to work.

Last night after arguing much of the day i decided i was going to stay at my old house (I still have it until it’s sold). She didn’t let me leave, then upon finally getting out she hit her head on the closing garage door. I left, went to my old house. She then proceeded to send me pictures and threaten to call the police and say i pushed her into the garage out of anger.

What should i do?

Wait for her to leave change locks immediately. Move all her crap to a mutual friends lawn File a trespass complaint against her.
