I've never cooked duck before but I'm pretty handy in the kitchen. Willing to buy anything.
Edit: The hunting lodge preps the ducks (I wasn't there) and the breasts are skinless. I cooked one to 145F with just salt and I'm really loving the taste. Tastes like a chicken heart, which I love and can't usually find near me. Boyfriend, who was the hunter, found them too gamey so I'll make a stir fry with a rich 5 spice glaze with the breasts. As for the whole ducks, I've been too intimidated to look at but I'm guessing will require similarly rich flavors to mask the gamey-ness.
