Seriously guys, there is no reason to even read the rest of this post. You don't want to do this side challenge. The boring-ness will rip your wet shaving soul out. Making you suffer makes me suffer and it is just really no fun for any of us. I was really hoping this contest would silently die, but you people keep asking me about it and talking about it (looking at you u/StraightShaverSix).

Ok, you're still reading for some reason. If you're new you might be asking yourself what this challenge is and why is rocket so damn grumpy. Well the unscented side contest is one of the longest running AA side contests. In order to be eligible you must.

• Shave with the same unscented shaving soap for the entire month. If the ingredient label lists fragrance, parfum, essential oil, etc. It is not eligible.
• Use an unscented aftershave product of some kind.
• You are NOT allowed to use a fragrance of any kind post shave.
• You must shave all 31 days in August
• You must tag #unscented in all of your shaves.

OK, you're clearly a masochist or delusional if you're thinking that it doesn't sound so bad. Seriously, you should do the Mammoth challenge instead. Maggard will be selling Alive for 30% off on Thursday! Still with me? Fine, what can you win if you put yourself through this torture?

2nd place is a Summer Break Soaps soap and aftershave set of your choice

3rd place is a Summer Break Soaps soap of your choice

4th-8th places is a Summer Break Soaps bar soap of your choice.

All prizes will be choose randomly with random.org among those who complete all of the requirements.

Note: International shavers are welcome to enter to win prizes 1-3, although the aftershave will be removed from prize 2. Sorry I'm not going to pay international shipping to send you a bar of soap if you end up in 4th-8th. Just another reason no one should do this challenge!
