Additionally, I'd love to hear about a summer memory you have, as an adult, as a kid, just the first thing you think of.

The first thing I think of when I think of summer will always be a pool, hence Cannonball!. I spent many days as a kid at the pool, but what really sticks out to me is the summers I spent as a lifeguard and pool manager. Lifeguarding was my first real job that wasn't working for my dad on the farm. I mean can you beat getting paid to sit all day and swim whenever you want? We always had a good staff that made coming to work fun, and interacting with kids everyday is what made me realize I wanted to work with kids as a career.
