Bar team leader interview
Post Body

Hi, I’ve been working at spoons for just over a year now. Started in the kitchen and then became cross-trained so many months back. Well there’s a new team leader position that’s just popped up for the bar and I want to go for it. Question is what sort of questions do they ask? I’d obviously assume questions about sales, leadership, promotions we do etc but are there any questions specifically that are always asked? Or things I should prepare for the most? Thanks for reading and thanks for any help :)
