Seeking Shaving Handles

I am ordering a few more 24mm CF synthetic knots today and need to aquire a few handles. Where is the best place to purchase inexpensive handles? I'll be mounting them with silicone for ease of removal later. I want to have everything by Friday so I can set the knot and it will be ready by Saturday afternoon. Thanks for any input you can offer.
