Sounds crazy. Next door neighbors are doing construction despite stop work order and no permits. Contractor (actually found a license for one DBA) has posed as city official, said permits on window, even poisoned my dog. His role model is Judas. Lies for the money. We've been in and out of the VET ER. They are building Belgian blocks on the road and doing drainage leveling (don't know everything because they lie to the buildings department and me) and encroached about 2 feet onto my property. If you're disassociating reading this, imagine the fear I face. I have friends come over every couple of days to make sure this is real. These neighbors and New Roc Renovations aren't popular. One day they'll mess with the wrong person. Until then, what can I do beyond the city building department? The neighbor wife is supposedly a top real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway in Scarsdale. I'm not including pics right now as I feel my dog and I are in physical danger, not just my property. Haven't eaten in 2 days. Going to take an Ambien tonight. Any help is appreciated.
