so - i've been single for a LONG time. in part, this is because i've moved around the UK a lot, and, as i'm kind of an introvert, i'm not great at meeting people. however, as i head into my middle-ages (ugh), i'm also gettin' a little too... round! which [SADFACE] is making me lose confidence when it comes to approaching would-be (sexy) partners.

health-wise, i'm not actually doing too bad! i'm a decent swimmer, i can run 10k, and i cycle to and from work five days a week. also, i don't drink or smoke and i don't rely on junk food too much... also, as a younger guy, i was always slim, and - for the most part - i still am! except for my gut. dammit!

i've tried heading to the gym to work on it, but, i can't budge it, and - like i said - it's knocking my self-confidence. unfortunatelyy, though i don't really mind the exercise, i can never keep up my gym-going because, after a few weeks, i tendd to get de-motivated. i'm kinda new to where i'm living, so there's no-one around to kick my ass and keep me on track...
