World Council Reps

Natshue and origamaster2 will be attending World Council. Since we're still getting everything set up, we'll be just sitting in instead of really contributing. This is because we needed two people quickly, and they were the two people that stepped up in region. Next world council, we'll have more stuff set up, so next time if you want to attend you may be able to. Thanks for understanding.
