Music Talent Manager

Hey everyone,
I have recently been asked by a friend to be his talent manager, as he knows of my past experiences with managing DJs and the success I had with the group. However, my buddy is a rapper and not a DJ. That being said, what are some venues in PBC/Martin/St. Lucie/Broward that would be better suited for a rapper? Also, if anyone has any talent management tips, I would also appreciate it.
