Hi all, I've been dancing WCS for around 7-8 months and I really want to start taking it much more seriously, including actually taking time to train my body to be a better dancer (and just a better, stronger, more fit body haha, lord knows I need it)
I'm very new to working out and so I'm curious if anyone here knows of any good starting places or things to look into as I start formulating workout routines that are specifically focusing on areas that may help my dance like specific exercises to do, or just any tips on working on training outside of pure dancing. Thank you!
